In addition to catering to existing hobbies and interests, they organise a wide array of inclusive and engaging sessions, including shows, pamper days, indoor skittles, and art club.
While everyone enjoys their time indoors, our supportive team is also available to assist residents in taking leisurely strolls outdoors or arranging outings using the home’s minibus for visits to the garden centre or a little shopping.
Maintaining community connections is vital to life at Kington Court. Our residents, staff, families, and friends regularly participate in local celebrations and charity events, such as the annual Kington Show and the wheelbarrow race.
Additionally, we’re proud to announce that Kington Court now offers the Rotherwood Wellness Programme, featuring daily exercise sessions as part of our innovative approach to health and well-being. This initiative centres around isometric fitness, a proven low-impact training method designed to improve overall health safely and effectively.
